I’m a little embarrassed to share this—even though I now know everything unfolded exactly the way it was meant to.

Before Spirit ever spoke through me, I was just trying to find my place in the world.
And for a while, I thought I had to do what everyone else expected of me.

So I went to college.
I lasted one semester.

I couldn’t focus. I didn’t feel connected to any of it.

And when I told my parents I wanted to drop out… they were furious.

They had already spent money on my tuition, and they told me:
“If you’re serious about doing something else, you’ll have to figure out how to pay for it yourself.”

The only thing I knew was that I wanted to help people.

So I signed up to become an EMT. I emptied my savings account and enrolled in training.

And for the first time in my life—I felt present. Focused.
I was learning something that felt real. Something that mattered.

I finally thought I was on the right path.

And then… life threw me a curveball.

A friend invited me to see a psychic.
I almost didn’t go. But something inside nudged me to say yes.

That reading changed my life.
