DailyMail: Psychic medium Matt Fraser teases ‘something special’

DailyMail TV EXCLUSIVE: Psychic medium Matt Fraser teases ‘something special’ in the Meet the Frasers season finale … as fans wonder if he and girlfriend Alexa will get engaged.

Fans probably wish they had psychic abilities to figure out whether or not Matt Fraser will finally pop the question to girlfriend Alexa Papigiotis.

Lucky for them, they don’t have to wait much longer as Monday night is the season finale of the E! show and promo videos have teased a potentially nerve wracking proposal for Matt.

The famed psychic medium sat down exclusively with DailyMailTV to talk about his new book, When Heaven Calls, and he played it coy when it came to his relationship, quipping that he has ‘something special in store’ for Alexa.

The 28-year-old spends his days quite unlike most people his age – navigating the ‘other side’ for clients who want to connect with loved ones, authoring books on his psychic abilities and starring in own E! reality series.

Ironically, the star admitted that he never could have predicted this life for himself and began reading people on whim, not anticipating it as a career.

I actually started my journey doing this as a hobby,’ he told DailyMailTV.

‘I never wanted to be a psychic or a medium. I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would be on TV.’

In the beginning, I did this because I loved it,’ Matt explained. ‘I was actually reading for people for $10 in the back of a hair salon in Rhode Island never picturing or believing I would be where I am today’

On Meet the Frasers, viewers get an up close and personal look at Matt’s life as a psychic medium – which is interesting enough – but, throw in his eccentric family and pageant queen girlfriend Alexa, and it is a recipe for great television.

The first season, which premiered in January, concludes Monday, but not before Matt and Alexa consider taking the next step in their relationship.

I do? The season finale teased a potential proposal and fans are wondering if Matt will actually pop the question

‘I have something really special in store,’ Matt teased to DailyMailTV.

‘I mean, a lot of people have been asking me are Alexa and I engaged, are we gonna get married and,’ he continued. ‘I think you’re gonna see a really vulnerable side of me.’

On the show, fans watched as Matt’s first proposal got rained out in Miami and a promo clip of the finale shows him battling nerves after hatching another plan.

I never get nervous ever, but I’m starting to get the shakes,’ Matt says in the clip. ‘My hands are shaky a little bit. I have like major indigestional [sic] issues going on.’

‘If I open up the ballroom door and it looks ridiculous in there, the proposal’s not happening,’ he continues. ‘That’s it, I’m just gonna tell Alexa we’re on date night. No proposal.’

Off camera, Matt is set to debut his latest book, When Heaven Calls: Life Lessons from America’s Top Psychic Medium.
