How to use your audio library

Your Lesson 1 experience includes multiple audio tools, each designed to support a different part of your journey. You can listen to them in order—or return to whichever one resonates with where you are today.

1. Pre-Meditation: Lifting Into the Light
Use this before your meditation. It helps shift your nervous system into a more open, receptive state. Listen seated or lying down with eyes closed. Just breathe and follow the voice.

2. The Life Preview Room (Guided Meditation)
This is the core visualization for Lesson 1. You’ll journey back to the sacred space where your soul planned your path. Listen with eyes closed. Allow. Trust what comes—even if it’s subtle.

3. Feeling Meditation (If You Can’t Visualize)
If you feel blocked or disconnected emotionally, this meditation helps you open through sensation and breath instead of imagery. Listen with headphones when you feel numb, overwhelmed, or unsure.

4. Morning Meditation: Align Before the Day Begins
Use this at the start of your day to ground yourself in your spiritual intention. It helps you connect with your team and clarify how you want to feel and move through the world.

5. Evening Meditation: Return to Yourself Before You Rest
Use this at night to release tension, reconnect to your spirit, and receive peace before sleep. It’s especially helpful if your day was emotionally charged or unclear.

6. Activation: Walking in Alignment
This is a spoken audio practice to help you embody what you received in your meditation. It’s about turning insight into action. Use it when you’re feeling uncertain or want to reconnect during your day.

7. Affirmations
Repeat them in the morning, while walking, journaling, or whenever you need support. Let them be your soul’s soundtrack.8. Allow & Receive
Use this short, gentle meditation when you feel pressure to do your spiritual work “perfectly.” It’s designed to help you release the need to perform and soften into support. You don’t need to feel anything specific—just listen, allow, and let the frequency carry you.
