How to Listen to the Whispers of Your Soul or Intuition which ever you like to call it.
Most of us are taught to silence our emotions.Happiness = Good. Sadness = Bad. Confidence = Strong. Fear = Weak. Excitement = Progress. Confusion = Failure.
But what if that’s not true at all? What if your emotions are actually your soul’s compass—designed to lovingly guide you back to your true path?
Here’s what Spirit has shared with Matt again and again:
“When you feel joy, ease, peace, or inspiration—that’s your soul saying ‘Yes. This way.’
When you feel drained, anxious, or unfulfilled—that’s not failure. That’s your soul whispering, ‘You’ve taken a detour. Come home.’”
This shift changes everything.
We’re told to be strong. To push through. To keep going—even when something feels off, heavy, or just plain wrong.
But what if I told you that your emotions aren’t in the way?
They are the way.
Your soul doesn’t speak in words. It speaks in energy. In sensation. In feeling.
Every moment of peace, joy, or expansion is your soul saying, Yes. Keep going.
Every moment of anxiety, dread, or exhaustion is your soul saying, Pause. Something’s not right.
This is your emotional compass—a sacred internal guidance system designed by your soul before you were even born. And it’s one of the most powerful tools you have.
The Spiritual Truth About Your Feelings
We often divide emotions into “good” and “bad.” We chase happiness and resist sadness. We celebrate clarity and suppress confusion.
But your soul doesn’t make those distinctions.
Your soul uses every emotion to communicate. Every feeling—pleasant or painful—is a message meant to bring you closer to the life you were meant to live.
That pit in your stomach before taking a job? That’s your soul saying, Not your path.
That electric buzz when you meet someone new? That’s your soul whispering, There’s something here.
That heaviness when you say “yes” to something you want to say “no” to? That’s your intuition waving a red flag.
When you start honoring what you feel instead of pushing it away, something shifts. You begin to hear the language of your intuition clearly—and life begins to unfold with more grace, more direction, and more truth.
A True Story from Spirit
Recently during a reading, I connected with a young woman’s grandmother who had passed. Her grandmother came through with a very specific message:
“She keeps ignoring what her body is trying to tell her. She’s exhausted, she’s anxious—and she thinks it’s just life. But it’s her soul, trying to wake her up.”
The woman broke down in tears. She had been working nonstop in a job that didn’t fulfill her, ignoring the signs of burnout. But deep down, she knew. She just didn’t know how to listen—or if she could trust what she felt.
Her grandmother’s message was clear: “You already know. It’s time to trust it.”
How to Use Your Emotional Compass
Here’s a simple spiritual practice you can start using today:
Step 1: Pause and Breathe
When you’re unsure about something, take a breath. Tune into how you feel in your body—not just what you think.
Step 2: Identify the Signal
Does the situation bring up expansion, joy, or calm? That’s a green light.
Does it feel tight, draining, or heavy? That’s a red light.
Step 3: Ask for Clarity
Say a silent prayer: “Spirit, show me the truth. Help me trust what I feel.”
Signs will appear. Often faster than you think.
Your Feelings Are A Sacred Compass
You are not broken for being sensitive. You are not “too emotional.” You are tuned in—and the more you learn to honor your emotions, the more you’ll realize they’ve been guiding you all along.
If you’re feeling the pull to explore your soul’s guidance more deeply…
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing and start living in alignment with the truth of who you are…
This is where we do the real work—learning how to listen, trust, and return to the life you were meant to live. You’ll gain tools, meditations, and live guidance to help you decode the language of your soul and walk forward with clarity and confidence.
Because your soul is always speaking.
The question is—are you ready to listen?
